Payment conditions

The deposit is set at 25% of the price of the stay if the reservation is made 30 days or more before the date of arrival. The balance of the stay is to be paid 30 days before the start of the stay. If the reservation is made less than 30 days before the start of the stay, 100% of the amount of the stay is due at the time of booking.

State of play

A contradictory inventory can be made on arrival at the request of the tenant. Failing this, the tenant accepts that this inventory can be carried out beforehand by the owner. In the absence of a contradictory inventory, the tenant has 48 hours to report any problem or breach concerning the condition or equipment of the rental.

Use of the premises

The tenant will enjoy the rental in a peaceful manner and make good use of it, in accordance with the destination of the premises. All the equipment listed in the inventory must be returned to the place it occupied when entering the premises. Any repairs, whatever the importance, made necessary by the negligence of the tenant during the rental, will be at his expense. The rental may in no case benefit third parties, except with the prior agreement of the owner. The lessee is prohibited from subletting, under any pretext whatsoever, even free of charge, on pain of termination of the contract, the full amount of the rent remaining acquired or due to the owner. The rented premises are for temporary accommodation or vacation use. The owner will provide the accommodation as described and keep it serviceable. As a rule, the tenant leaves the premises at the time specified in the contract or at a time agreed with the owner. Under no circumstances can the owner be held responsible for the loss or theft of an object belonging to an occupant or to one of his visitors. The tenant agrees to respect the safety instructions relating to children throughout the property, in particular by closing the rolling shutter of the swimming pool. The lessor cannot be held responsible for any negligence in terms of safety on the part of the lessee.


The deposit paid is fully refundable if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before arrival, the entire stay is due, with the exception of exceptional traffic restrictions between the client's place of residence and the establishment, linked to health measures, the In this case, the customer may benefit from either a postponement or a refund.


Hotel cleaning is carried out between each rental in accordance with a strict hygiene protocol. Indoor and outdoor furniture is disinfected before the arrival of each tenant. Bed and household linen are washed at 60 ° C.


French law requires the tenant to insure the premises rented to him. He must therefore check whether his main housing contract provides for resort extension (vacation rental), or intervene with his insurance company and claim the extension of the vacation rental guarantee (France) or be the holder of a civil liability contract (other countries). A certificate of insurance may be requested upon entering the premises or, failing that, a declaration of honor.

Disputes or complaints

For all disputes arising from the execution or interruption of this contract, only the Courts of the jurisdiction of the location of the rental villa are competent.
