The Living-Living-Kitchen area offers a 72 m² space illuminated by three large picture windows and a skylight. A large, very bright living room. The values of this place are conviviality, exchange and good humor!
Bedroom Parental
Equipped with a King size bed (180 x 200), the Master Bedroom, facing south, opens onto the main terrace and the swimming pool. The bedroom has its own bathroom (walk-in shower, double sink), its toilet and a large dressing room.
Bedrooms Jade and Scarab
The Jade and Scarabée rooms are located in a wing of the villa. They have a bathroom area (walk-in shower, double sink) and separate toilets. The Jade room has a 140 x 200 bed. The Scarabée room has a Queen size bed (160 x 200) and an extra 90 x 200 bed.
Terrace Swimming pool
The swimming pool is surrounded by a 120 m² terrace facing south. It is secured by a roller shutter. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and sun loungers.
Environment outside
The villa is located in a wooded area of 1000 m² fully fenced. The secure swimming pool belongs to you during your stay. A vegetable garden is at your disposal with some aromatic herbs. On one of the terraces, a charcoal barbecue is ready to be used. A pétanque court and a grassy area will allow you to enjoy the outdoors.
